Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your AbieMarket account.

Important: This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your order history, saved addresses, payment methods, and any other information associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Your order history will no longer be accessible
  • Any saved addresses and payment methods will be removed
  • Your reviews and ratings will be anonymized or removed
  • You will be logged out of all devices
  • You will no longer receive emails or notifications from AbieMarket

How to delete your account

Open the AbieMarket App

Launch the AbieMarket mobile app on your device and make sure you are logged into the account you want to delete.

Go to Account Settings

Tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option and tap on it. This option is located at the bottom of the settings page.

Confirm Your Decision

You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. Read the information carefully, then tap "Delete My Account" to proceed.

Verify Your Identity

For security purposes, you may be asked to enter your password or verify your identity via OTP sent to your registered phone number or email.

Account Deleted

Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation message and be logged out of the app.
